Andrew Henderson (40-50) married to Isabel Turner (40-50)

Children:  Isabel (20-30), Agness (10-20), Andrew (10-20), Margt (10-20), William, Mary, James, Ann (all under 10 years of age)

Possible marriage for Andrew Henderson Snr (Banchory Ternan Parish Registers)  1738 Octr 10 Andrew Henderson in this parish and Isabel Rogie in Birss married

Possible baptism for Andrew Henderson (Banchory Ternan Parish Registers):  1747 May 3 Andrew Henderson in Minniny had a son baptised Andrew

• 1773 December 26: Andrew Henderson in Wester Clune a daughter named Isabel.  Witnesses David Nicol and Peter Stuart.

• Isabel married Charles Mitchell:  (Birse OPR)  July 21 1793:  Contracted Charles Mitchell and Isabel Henderson both in this parish and after were married August 15th.
• Birse kirkyard:  (Flat) Here lies ISOBEL HINDERSON spouse to CHARLES MITCHELL tenant in Ennachie d. In 1801 aged 29.  Also the remains of their only son ANDREW are here interred, he d. 19 July 1823 aged 27.  Also here is interred CHRISTIAN their only dau. & Spouse of JOHN BURNESS farmer in Little Ennachie d. 20 Oct 1825 aged 27.  CHARLES BURNESS their oldest son d. Nov 1825 aged 6.  CHARLES MITCHEL d. 24 Feb 1853 aged 89.  (Spellings as on stone)

• 1777 December 20: Andrew Henderson in Wester Clune a daughter named Agnes.  Witnesses James Findlay and Peter Stuart.

• Agnes married James Robertson:  (Birse OPR)  October 23 1796  Contracted James Robertson in parish of Aboyne and Agness Henderson in this and after regular proclamations and no objections made married 15th November.

• 1779 August 16: Andrew Henderson in Wester Clune a son named Andrew.  Witnesses James McKondach and James Findlay

• Andrew married Jane Middleton:  (Strachan OPR) 1816 Andrew Henderson and Jane Middleton both in this parish were contracted and married Dec 14.  

• 1782 February 13: Andrew Henderson in Wester Clune a daughter baptised named Margaret.  Witnesses David Nicol and Peter Stuart.

• Margaret married Peter Stuart:  (Birse OPR) August 8 1802 Contracted Peter Stuart and Margaret Henderson both in this parish and after regular proclamations and no objections made married August 31st.

• 1784 May 3:  Andrew Henderson in Wester Clune a son William.  Witnesses William Turner and James Findlay.

• William married Katherine Middleton:  (Strachan OPR) 1811 June 30:  William Henderson and Katherine Middleton both in this parish were contracted for marriage.
• Birse kirkyard:  1833.  Erected by CATHERINE MIDDLETON Knowgreens, Parish of Fordon (sic) in memory of her husband WILLIAM HENDERSON d. 10 Aug 1832 in 49th year.  Of their family JAMES d. July 1829 in infancy, ANDREW d. 18 July 1832 aged 19, JOHN d. 5 Sept 1832 aged 17, AGNES d. 18 Jan 1848 aged 17.  Bottom 2 lines verse

• 1786 July 16:  Andrew Henderson in Wester Clune a daughter Mary.  Witnesses the congregation

• Mary married Alexander Adam:  (Strachan OPR) 1809 October 5:  Alexr Adam parish of Dalmaik and Mary Henderson in this parish were contracted
• Mary died 3 Nov 1859 at Cuttieshillock, Parish of Strachan (Strachan #16)

• 1788 May 6: Andrew Henderson in Wester Clune a son named James.  Witnesses James Findlay and James McKondach.

• James married Hellen Reid:  (Strachan OPR) 1820 August 19:  James Henderson in this parish and Hellen Reid in the parish of Fettercairn contracted, married the 31st.  
• James died 25th July 1871 at Nether Curran, Parish of Strachan (Strachan #8)

• 1790 June 22: Andrew Henderson in Wester Clune a daughter Ann.  Witnesses James Findlay and Thomas Coutts

• Ann married John Middleton:  (Strachan OPR) 1816 June 30:  John Middleton and Anne Henderson both in this parish were contracted and married July 3rd.
• Ann died 9th Dec 1858 at Moss Side, Parish of Strachan (Strachan #9)
• Birse kirkyard:  Erected by WILLIAM, JOHN & ARCHIBALD MIDDLETON in memory of their father JOHN MIDDLETON d. Cuttieshillock Sept 1822 agted 35, their mother ANN HENDERSON d. Moss-side Strachan Dec 1858 aged 68.  Their son WILLIAM late farmer of Moss-side, Strachan d. 5 Apr 1891 aged 75.  ELIZABETH ROSS his wife d. Banchory 18 Mar 1907 aged 85.  

HENDERSON, Agnes married James Robertson (see above)

• September 24 1797: Jas Robertson, Persie Aboyne Parish a daughter baptised Isobel.  Witnesses the congregation.
• February 26 1799: James Robertson in Persie Aboyne parish had a son baptised named Archibald.  Witnesses Andrew Henderson and James Ley
• May 11 1801: James Robertson in Persie Aboyne parish had a daughter baptised named Jean.  Witnesses Mr Robert Sherrat overseer at Finzean and Andrew Henderson in Ennachy.

• July 28 1803: James Robertson Persie, parish of Aboyne, had a son baptised named James.  Witnesses Andrew Henderson and Mr Sherret, overseer Finzean.

• James married Elizabeth Littlejohn (see Peter Littlejohn)

• March 17 1805: James Robertson, Persie had a son baptised named John.  Witnesses Revd Hugh Burgess and Mr Robert Sherret

HENDERSON, Archibald residing at Pitdelphen in the Parish of Strachan (parents Andrew Henderson and Ann Middleton) married Ann Anderson born Birse 1824 (parents of Alexander Anderson and Janet Ross. Married at Birse 4th October 1855 (See marriage Birse #5)
