Family of John Low in Easter Clune

1789 list of inhabitants for Birse has John Low residing at Easter Clune with his spouse Christian Leggat.  On this and the following lists there is also Francis, George and John presumably his children.

John's age in 1792 is given as (7 = between 60 - 70 years of age) giving him a dob circa 1722 -1732.  Christian is given as 6 i.e. born between 1732 - 1742.

No marriage entry is available for John and Christian.  However by the 1804 listing Christian is missing.  Listed are Jo. Low Senr, George Low, Janet Low and Barb Duncan.  It can be presumed that Christian died between 1801 and 1804 and surprisingly in 1806 there is another marriage entry on the 1st June proclaiming the banns for John Snr - Contracted John Low Senior in Easter Clune and Barbara Duncan both in this parish and after regular proclamations and no objections made married June 14th.

John must have been between 74 - 84 years old by then! He was still alive in 1819.

From early parish register entries for Low, it is possible that John had a brother George as they both appear as witnesses to baptisms of Low children at Easter Clune.
